Went with good friend. Lots to see but not enough selection of smaller places. The one salesman was really present, frank and clearly answered our gazillion questions. The one thing (all local NE TN) shops like this do is advertise that they could help you find land... It's not really true...I mean they can if you have 60 grand to spend on a third of an acre. Anyway, not fancy, better place way more willing to give you a written estimate than any of the other places we were around with him.

We have had our share of problems getting in our home but not one was caused by Horizon Homes. If it were not for Chris and the whole team, I would have pulled my hair out by now plus what my hubby has left! People think putting in a mobile home is easier and takes less time than building but you still have contractors, you still need a driveway, you still need electric and water, and you still must meet county, city, and state guidelines while staying in budget. Thanks to the professional and patient team at Horizon, we are finally in our beautiful new home! I would recommend them to anyone - and have!
